Apprenticeships
An experienced workforce to learn from
We have a very large fabrication shop where we employ welders, pipefitters, millwrights, electricians, and industrial painters. Our very experienced workforce means that we’re happy to take on apprentices for them to share their knowledge and skills with. And we’d be honoured if you started your career with us.

We have about 100 employees and very little turnover. When people start working with us, they stick around. If the average career length at TIWW were a person, it would be old enough to drive.
