TIWW boasts over 126,000 square feet of enclosed shop fabrication space sprawled across 8 acres at our Calgary facility. Equipped with a range of capabilities, from substantial crane capacity to top-tier sandblast and paint facilities, we proudly manufacture our entire product line on-site.
All key functions including Sales, Project Management, Design, Drafting, Purchasing, and Accounting are meticulously handled from our Calgary office. Our extensive product range of OTSG's and HRSG's ,Fired Heaters and Waste Heat Recovery solutions is meticulously crafted through a blend of our proprietary in-house heat transfer design programs and industry-standard software.
Every aspect of fabrication, from conceptualization to execution, is meticulously carried out in our Calgary facility. With roots dating back to 1977, TIWW has been a stalwart in designing and manufacturing heat transfer equipment. In 1979, we acquired the technology to design and fabricate Once-Through Steam Generators (OTSG). Subsequently, in 1998, we solidified our position by becoming a licensee of Nooter/Eriksen, specializing in the design and fabrication of Heat Recovery Steam Generators (HRSG) tailored specifically for Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) applications. In 2022 we further added to the depth of our offering with the acquisition on Petro-Tech Heat Solutions.
TIW Western Inc. merges with Petro-Tech Heat Technology. As an industry leader in providing top-quality heat transfer products and services, we know a great opportunity when we see one.
On January 1, 2022, we happily welcomed Petro-Tech Heat Technology to the TIWW family and will now be known as a TIW Western Brand
The merger of our two companies enhances our ability to design and engineer leading-edge heat transfer solutions and to provide our clients with access to more than 121000sq feet of project space, making us one of the largest fabrication facilities in Western Canada.
We also welcome a new strategic alignment with Tornado Combustion Solutions Inc. Having Tornado design, engineering and fabrication within the TIW Western Facility expands our expertise and experience to include Fired equipment optimization and emissions reduction to the TIW Western Solution offering
