Blair Snow is our Vice President of Contracts at Tornado Combustion/TIW Western Inc and is responsible for overseeing the commercial operations, contract negotiations, and strategic initiatives that determine our work with our clients, partners, and suppliers.

Blair has over 25 years of progressive experience in engineering, operations, and strategic leadership across the Oil & Gas industry. With a formal education in Electrical Engineering Technology, Blair launched his career as an Electrical Engineering Technologist with a specialized engineering firm focused on advanced robotics, autonomous vehicles, automation, and control systems.

In 2004 Blair began with GE/Baker Hughes, where he evolved from a global operations technical specialist into a highly respected leader. During his tenure Blair held multiple leadership roles culminating in his appointment as Senior Operations Manager, overseeing large-scale operations and driving operational excellence in a complex service business.

In 2019, Blair began working with Petro-Tech Heat Technology as President and General Manager, where we helped manage the merger into TIW Western in 2022.
